94 integra auto wont go in any gear

ok so i just bought a 94 auto integra 1.8l b18b2 engine with 200k on it the tranny wont go in to any gear.

it will only start in park or neutral

i can go from park to revers back to park with no problems other then it wont move.

if i go from park to drive then back to park it sounds like something is grinding in the tranny and wont stop till i turn the car off or take it out of park

the idel does not change in any gear other then low the rpms drop down from 2000 rpms to 900 to 1000 rpms

it dont kick or even slightly move or atempt to
